We are an international team of strategists, analysts, technologists, salespeople, marketers and customer success professionals – and we are based in the middle of Copenhagen, at the iconic Magstræde.

Position

Working closely with the company’s CEO & Co-Founder at a time of rapid growth, the role is to build a sustainable financial operation and infrastructure including both strategic and day-to-day financial tasks, all while contributing to building investment materials for potential future investment rounds.

You will be reporting to, and working closely with the CEO, and be responsible for:

• Bookkeeping (on e-conomic) and VAT reporting
• Salary reporting and processing (on Danløn) including statistics, holiday pay, pension etc.
• Internal financial reporting (management accounts) of key metrics like MRR, profit margins, churn rates, burn rates etc. including cashflow forecasting
• Annual and periodic budgeting
• Contributing to the preparation of investment materials
• Liaising with our external accountants at year-end
• Maximizing opportunities for cost optimization

There is a lot of potential in the role to define your own way of doing things, be creative, and set standards.

Our corporate Language is English. We prioritize candidates located in Greater Copenhagen and Øresund.

What we’re looking for:

• You have a degree in finance, accounting or similar
• You have several years of experience from a similar position, preferably in a SaaS company, preferably in an international context
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel
• You speak and write English fluently
• You have strong IT skills and feel comfortable working with e-conomic and Danløn
• In addition, it is an advantage if you have experience with other accounting/financial platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• A great sense of humor
